I have found Melissa to be a fabulous resource when it comes to planning travel. A few years ago she helped us plan a trip to Europe that involved multiple cities and modes of transportation as well as folding in a family reunion. Due to a drought - our river cruise was cancelled right before we left and she walked us through choosing and booking an alternate itinerary - including trains and hotels to cities not originally on the itinerary. It all worked out beautifully. Recently, she helped us plan a family vacation to St. Lucia. Again, she was meticulous with thoughtful suggestions - particularly with choosing a resort that was a good fit as well as helping us brainstorm choices for private accommodations and accessing private beaches with a day pass. Melissa is thorough, thoughtful and easy to work with. I highly recommend her!

Melissa has booked several all inclusive vacations for us. We let her know our specifics such as area, time frame and accommodations.She presents us with several choices and answers any questions.Every aspect of the trip is taken care of except packing our clothes! Melissa is knowledgeable, efficient and pays great attention to detail.
